Warranty

We call it the golden warranty and it is so called, because the coverage of your equipment is for us a top priority. We cover 100% of the equipment parts that you buy from us, except consumables, if there are any and our service responce times are from 24 to 48 hours in case of repair. If your product is not repaired, Alfanet S.A. will arrange for immediate replacement with the same or a comparable product which YOU will indicate.

Replacement or repair of products is achievable only at the headquarters of Alfanet S.A.

Warranty period is defined from 1 to 3 years depending on the type of equipment purchased.
